I’d skip this one. I bought the air monitor a few weeks ago and right away I realized setup was a mess — YouTube made it look easy but the app kept failing and pairing took ages. To be fair, the sensor itself seems okay and the readings looked consistent, so I had a bit of hope. But getting help is the worst part: I sent multiple messages asking for a return label and heard nothing. That’s the kicker, it’s not just finicky — the company disappears when you need them. I’m leaning toward an AMEX chargeback unless they finally respond. It’s frustrating, really.

I recently bought the IQ Air Health Pro/Plus air purifier, which is pretty pricey at $900 and needs filters costing over $300 each time to replace. Even though it’s expensive to maintain, it does a good job at cleaning the air, that’s why I got a few units. But I was let down by the customer service when I asked for a warranty replacement for worn rubber seals on two trays, which should have been covered under the 10-year warranty. Even though I gave them all the info they needed, the company said no to the warranty and it made me question if they really back up their products and care about keeping customers happy. This whole thing has made me think twice about recommending this brand and I might not suggest it to others in the future.
