The unit sits in my living room and hums — honestly I forget it's there until I notice I don't wake up with a scratchy throat anymore, which was a nice surprise. I've been trying to get into my IQAir account for months to use loyalty awards, and today I finally called. Spent over an hour on the phone, lots of waiting, the rep kept saying they couldn't fix it, the supervisor wasn't answering, and their best suggestion was to try a different browser. I did, of course — no luck. Frustrating because the GC series itself is great (quiet, really effective) and I use it every day, in the bedroom and while I work from home. I was actually looking forward to redeeming points for extra filters, so that felt like a small win that got taken away. Small things matter — if support followed up properly I'd stay, but right now I'm wavering.

The website is just all about making money! They're saying Marseille has an ozone pollution alert today based on the prefect's order, but they're claiming the air quality is good on their site. You can double-check by chipping in and purchasing an air sensor for 320€! Personally, I think it's a total scam.
