Returns & RefundsI really appreciated how fast they got the job done. But, y'know, the first thing they sent me was a dud, so that caused some headaches when I had to send it back. After a bit of a bumpy ride, though, they got everything sorted out and sent me a replacement right away. The folks I dealt with were super helpful, and now that I've got the new gear up and running, I'm happy as a clam.
