Quick delivery and easy assembly

Delivery

Delivery was super fast and the package was well wrapped. Putting it together was a breeze and it works just like it's supposed to. However, I was a bit let down by how loud it is when in use, which restricts how much I can use it during performances at UNM Popejoy Hall. I'm okay with it though, and I'm open to finding ways to deal with the noise.

Got a machine but had a shipping mix-up

Delivery

So, I ordered this machine online, and there was a bit of a mix-up with the shipping. But, the customer service folks were really great and sorted it all out for me. The machine itself is amazing, and I absolutely love it. At first, I was supposed to get a backpack with it, but they accidentally sent a charger instead. The customer service team was kind enough to exchange it for me, which was really awesome.
