IKRUSH - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this company was so disappointing. It took them a whole 4 weeks to give me a refund after I returned my items. I had to ask PayPal for help because Ikrush didn't respond to fix the problem. Even though I showed them proof of the return, they didn't try to make things right. Their lack of communication and responsibility is not cool and made me think their customer service is not good. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

This store is amazing! I've bought a few things here and every time it's been easy peasy. The first time I ordered, the size was a bit off, but they made it super simple for me to exchange it with no issues. The clothing quality is top-notch, and the sizing is perfect. Being a mom with a curvy body (size 12-16), it's usually tough to find clothes that fit just right, but this store is now my favorite for fashionable pieces that look great on me. The fast delivery is just the icing on the cake! I always tell my friends about this place and can't wait to shop here again. It's so nice to find a store that really cares about their customers. The Maya Midi Dress in Navy & Khaki was a total fave of mine last year, so I figured I'd scoop up two more for my next trip. The Navy and Khaki colours were absolutely gorgeous, and the fabric felt so fancy. Too bad I had to send back the Khaki one though, there was a snag at the front.
