Not what I expected at first
Not what I expected at first
ServiceI saw the suit on their site after a friend tipped me — looked sharp online so I ordered. When it arrived it was just wrapped in plastic. No dustbag, even though the product page clearly said one was included. I contacted customer service and at first got the usual line about stock issues. I was annoyed. It felt like false advertising, and honestly I almost stopped there. I pushed a bit more and asked for a solution. After a follow-up they mailed a replacement dustbag and offered a small credit for the trouble. That change of tone made the difference. The suit itself fits well and the fabric is exactly what I wanted. So yeah, service started rough, but they fixed it. I’ll probably buy again, but I’ll keep a closer eye on the packaging next time.
Second thoughts turned into a good buy

Serviceone woman with dark brown hair came across as abrupt and kinda stone-faced, and at first it felt like hitting a wall. But after a pause a manager stepped in, explained the policy clearly and sorted the exchange without fuss. So my scepticism faded — not perfect, but happy with the result and would go back, a bit cautiously though.
A comfy pair spoiled by the finish

ServiceI bought a pricey pair of satin pants because I needed something smart for a family wedding. They were supposed to be altered, and I went back when the changes were done. The young staffer carried them out and I swear they looked like someone dug them out of a heap — heavy creases, limp, not the crisp look I’d hoped for. I asked about it. They offered to press them, like that was an okay afterthought. Fine, I said, but shouldn’t that be done before handing them over? I left for a short walk to cool off, came back and they’d been pressed. Only now there were two long creases down the front, which shouldn’t be there. They tried steaming the marks away, but no luck. The alterations themselves were meh — the hem wasn’t as clean as I expected; I could have done better at home. Biggest gripe was the shrugging attitude. Felt like I was making a fuss, even though I paid good money. Won’t be going back.
Halfway-through wrapping relief

Returns & Refundsthey wouldn’t cancel until it was delivered, so I’d have to post it back myself. Annoying, yes, but what finally made me actually feel satisfied was when the refund landed in my account a few days after I returned it. That moment — seeing the money hit my bank — was a real relief. It let me grab the right watch for him and stop stressing. In day-to-day life I’m juggling work, kids and last-minute shopping, so having that refund processed, even if slower than I’d hoped, made a big practical difference. Service could be smoother and a lot less back-and-forth, but in the end it worked out and I could still get a decent present on time. Small win, human sigh of relief.
Half-packed, half-pleased

Servicecomfy right away, clean finish, exactly what I wanted. That quelled most of my pre-purchase nerves. Still, neither box had dust bags, which felt odd for a brand like this. I travel a lot and rely on those bags, so I emailed customer service, got only an automated reply, then nothing. I mentioned I’m leaving the UK soon (awkward timing) and asked for a quick fix — crickets. Packaging otherwise fine, shoes are solid, but the lack of follow-through is disappointing. Not a total disaster, but I’d expect better after one order. Mixed feelings — happy with the product, annoyed by the service.
Saved by the jacket, not the staff

Servicemixed feelings. Glad the jacket actually works day-to-day, warm and practical, and I'm genuinely thankful it didn’t become a total headache — though the service definitely needs work.

Returns & Refundsdelivery/returns handling and in-store communication need work, but the follow-up by phone redeemed it a bit. If you're planning to drop off an online return, call twice and bring paperwork and photos. I’ve had better returns elsewhere, but at least one person finally helped. Would have been easy otherwise, so yeah, not great. Honestly, really.
