ProductI'm done with this one. I bought the DTF to crank out shirts for weekend markets and a few custom orders, and after a handful of prints the white ink simply stopped coming through. Support had me on video calls doing endless cleaning cycles and wiping the head — felt like a weird late-night ritual — and sometimes it would work for an hour, then die again. They kept insisting it needed daily use; I tried that, I tried manual wipes, nozzle checks on massive strips of paper, and even bought extra cleaning fluid and ink. Still unreliable. I like the idea and it’s frustrating because when it works it’s great, but right now I want a refund — I feel scammed.
