HPFY - Reviews and experiences

I've been coming back to this place quite a bit, mostly for adult diapers. My past experiences have been okay, but the real deal is how a company handles things when there's an issue. Recently, I ran into a problem with a product and reached out to them for help. Even after sending multiple emails and proof of the issue, all I got in return were empty promises and excuses. It's been three weeks since I first complained, and they haven't done anything about it. When I called, the reps were nice but didn't really do much to help, just kept giving me the same old responses. If you ever have an issue with your order, don't bank on this company for support. Skip the hassle and talk to your credit card company instead. Oh, and on top of all that, they only post positive reviews on their site, not the negative ones. It's frustrating and shows they're not being upfront. Always check Trust Pilot for honest reviews before buying here.

My order came missing some stuff which was annoying. But I called customer service and the person I talked to was super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. They sent the rest of my order right away and I got it in two days. I was happy with the service and how fast they fixed the problem. The price of the product was good too, so I got good value for my money.
