Returns & RefundsI ordered this because my back's been killing me and I was rushing before a move. An hour later I asked for a refund — customer service asked for photos of the product and box, even though it wasn't shipped yet. Felt like running in circles and delivery communication was poor. Oddly, when it finally showed up later to a neighbour, the packaging was really solid, which surprised me.
