I ordered this because my back's been killing me and I was rushing before a move. An hour later I asked for a refund — customer service asked for photos of the product and box, even though it wasn't shipped yet. Felt like running in circles and delivery communication was poor. Oddly, when it finally showed up later to a neighbour, the packaging was really solid, which surprised me.

Halfway through using it one morning I spotted the dent and figured I'd just try to fix it — turns out it was easy and fits fine now. I messaged customer service, mentioned the fix and asked for a little discount. They replied quickly and gave 20% back. Was sceptical at first, but ended up happy.

I ended up placing a second order because of the way he handled a potential delay — said he'd step in if needed, and that made me trust the company. So yeah, happy I gave them a shot. I’ll buy more here, mainly for the human touch.

From the first minute he actually understood the issue, asked smart questions and fixed everything in about five minutes over the phone — like, done. He was patient, polite and really tried to make it easy. I'm honestly glad I called; felt listened to and I left the call relieved. Price seems reasonable now that it's sorted. Big thanks to Kevin and the team for turning a rough start into a good experience.
