Delivery itself was on time and well packed, which was a relief. Bruce in customer service stuck with me, called back a few times and even sent a tiny replacement part I didn’t expect. Now it’s quiet and actually makes mornings easier. Friendly, patient help made the difference.

I wasn't expecting much — had a few dodgy experiences ordering furniture before — but this one rep changed my mind. He actually dug through stock in another city, checked lead times, and kept me in the loop (like, daily messages). The couch and the desk chair arrived looking exactly like the pics and they feel solid — the couch cushions are firmer than I thought, in a good way, and the chair really supports my lower back. Assembly took a bit longer than I hoped but nothing crazy, and the finish hides fingerprints better than I assumed. I ended up placing a second order because of the way he handled a potential delay — said he'd step in if needed, and that made me trust the company. So yeah, happy I gave them a shot. I’ll buy more here, mainly for the human touch.

From the first minute he actually understood the issue, asked smart questions and fixed everything in about five minutes over the phone — like, done. He was patient, polite and really tried to make it easy. I'm honestly glad I called; felt listened to and I left the call relieved. Price seems reasonable now that it's sorted. Big thanks to Kevin and the team for turning a rough start into a good experience.
