Delivery itself wasn't the problem though; it arrived on time and the packaging was fine. I finally called and got Kevin on the line. From the first minute he actually understood the issue, asked smart questions and fixed everything in about five minutes over the phone — like, done. He was patient, polite and really tried to make it easy. I'm honestly glad I called; felt listened to and I left the call relieved. Price seems reasonable now that it's sorted. Big thanks to Kevin and the team for turning a rough start into a good experience.
