Helzberg Diamonds - Reviews and experiences

Today, I just had the worst customer service ever at this jewelry store. I work for a company that's all about top-notch customer service, so I get how important it is to treat customers right. But this guy, Jonathan S., at the Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus NJ, had the nerve to talk about me to other staff members right in front of my face. He said some really mean stuff and handled my return in the worst way possible. I felt so small and disrespected the whole time. It was obvious that he couldn't care less about giving good service and just wanted to make me feel like a bother. The way Jonathan acted was completely out of line and just plain wrong. I'm shocked and so upset about how he treated me, and I'll never go back to that store again.
