Quick fix when the floor split
Quick fix when the floor split
ServiceWeirdly, the tent floor ripped on my second short trip — annoying, but it could've been worse. I’d bought the Kirra 4-season because it seemed well built and it mostly is. I emailed Heimplanet and they replied the next day with a clear plan, sent a replacement inner tent and didn’t drag their feet. Robin handled it, was friendly and straightforward, answered the questions I had. After dealing with other companies that take ages to respond, this was a pleasant surprise. Still wish the fabric lasted longer, but the support made up for it.
