Productsolid, a bit stiffer than I expected, zippers felt proper and the laptop/tablet section looked well protected (it sits off the bottom, so no worries there). Delivery was actually pretty quick, came in two days, though the corner of the box was dinged; I emailed customer service and they answered within a day with clear options, so that was reassuring. The bag itself is roomy but I still prefer my 16L for daily use — this one's better for travel. Straps are comfortable after hours on, pockets are sensible, nothing flashy. Overall I'm pleased, small hiccup with packaging but service handled it without drama.
