Oil purchase
I bought their oil, and it's okay, but watch out for them selling your data! I always use a separate email when I'm buying new stuff, and as soon as I bought from them, I started getting tons of spam to that email. It's so annoying! People should know that their data is being sold right from the get-go. The spam emails began the day after I made my purchase.
Jumpsuit purchase
I bought a jumpsuit from an online store recently, but the size wasn't right according to the measurements on the website. I contacted customer service to ask for a smaller size, but they were not very helpful. I even said I would pay for the extra shipping, but they still said no. I was really disappointed and frustrated by the lack of flexibility and refusal to help with a simple exchange.
