Returns & RefundsI gave the free trial a shot, and thought the Razor was okay, but I still prefer my Gillette. Without really noticing, I ended up subscribing by mistake. I reached out to customer service for a refund, and they were really helpful and gave me my money back. I might think about trying their razors again sometime down the road.

Returns & RefundsI decided to try out a trial package of razors and blades to see how they worked. Unfortunately, the blade ended up irritating my sensitive skin, so I had to cancel my subscription. But I gotta say, the whole process from ordering to cancelling was pretty easy and stress-free. The website was user-friendly, and the customer service team was really nice and quick in helping me with my cancellation request.
