I just bought these jeans from this company, eh, and it turns out I got the wrong size, oops. So I had to get in touch with customer service to help me out with returning them, you know? And let me tell you, they were so helpful! The person I talked to knew what they were doing, eh, and they helped me out real quick to get the right size ordered and start the return process in no time at all. It was such a smooth and easy experience, I was really impressed, eh.

At first, I wasn't sure about buying from this store. But, I was actually really happy with the way they treated me. When I got my first package, there were 7 things in it. Some were too small and some were too big for me. Luckily, they had a good return policy, so I could send back the things that didn't fit right. My daughter was excited to take the corduroy pants that didn't fit me. Everything ended up working out fine. Now, I'm looking forward to getting my second package and hoping everything fits better this time.

I recently bought a pair of pants that ended up being too long for me. When I reached out to the company about it, they were super chill about it and said they would send me a new pair for free. I was totally shocked, like, wow! They even offered to cover the costs of altering the first pair, so I didn't have to pay anything extra. Such a nice thing for them to do!

I bought two dresses from Halara, but they didn't come with the advertised pull-down shorts. I was bummed out because of this and was getting ready to pay for the return shipping. But then, out of the blue, Halara sent me a gift card for a refund without having to go through the trouble of sending the dresses back. I really like that they took the initiative to fix the problem.

I was really excited about the items I bought but they didn't quite work out for my trip. The fabrics were amazing and I would definitely buy again. However, returning them was such a hassle. It was a lot of back and forth with multiple steps over several days - emailing to ask for a return, waiting a whole day for a response, then getting another email to confirm the return for credit or refund, waiting another day for return instructions, and then having to upload photos of each item to be returned. I think the return request and process should've been simpler, like just one step with an automatic return label. The way it is now makes me not sure about buying again, even though I loved the fabric quality.
