DeliveryI actually saw their catalogue on a local book-club Facebook thread and even told my sister about the two titles, so I ordered them in mid-June. At first I was, honestly, pretty skeptical — no stock notice, a couple of phone calls (July 15, Aug 2) and conflicting shipping dates made it feel like I’d been forgotten. The moment I felt satisfied was when a manager finally owned up, gave a real tracking number and issued a partial refund to apologize. It didn’t erase the hassle, but that one honest fix moved me from annoyed to actually relieved. I’d try them again, cautiously.
