Left hanging over six shirts

Returns & Refunds

only a return address, no phone, and returns are on you. Mildly furious, mostly disappointed — felt like I was buying into a black hole. Won't risk ordering again.

Rainy day find

Product

I wandered into the Destin outlet on a rainy afternoon and kind of dragged my husband in — thought we'd browse, but we left with a polo and hat. At first I thought "another pricey label," but the polo feels sturdy, soft, fits him, and the hat has a nice wide brim (he's had skin cancer on his ear, so brim matters). Now he won't stop wearing them; looks good.

A quietly pleasant surprise

Service

the wait was a few minutes, but all good.

Almost a club win

Returns & Refunds

I first saw these Isa Tour shoes on a buddy at the club. He swore they were gold. I bought a pair, cautiously. After six months the leather at three eyelets split. Then they started leaking. The upper peeled off the sole while I was cleaning them. Ready to toss them, customer service surprised me — quick refund and no fuss. When the money showed up I felt relieved. Not perfect shoes, but decent service.

Roselie makes the trip worth it

Service

go see Roselie at the Sawgrass Mall Greg Norman store — she’s the reason I keep coming back. She’s genuinely helpful, knows the products inside out and actually listens, which is rare. I’m retired from retail after 20 years and I can say she’s the kind I would have loved on my team. Made the whole visit easy and even fun, not pushy or salesy. If you’re nearby, ask for her — you’ll notice the difference right away, seriously worth the trip.

Price shuffle

Price

On the first tee weekend I noticed the polos do what they're meant to — stretch when you swing and stay breathable — so on the course they're fine. I ordered four online from Greg Norman at $49.99 each, used them for a couple rounds. Then I saw the same items on The Golf Warehouse for $19.99. I called customer service (spoke with Shane) asking for a price adjustment; got nothing. Company wouldn't budge. Usable, not perfect — sleeves a touch loose sometimes — but annoyed about pricing and the shrug from service.

Not worth the hassle

Service

not the hat itself so much as being ignored. I get that returns happen, but leaving a customer in limbo is annoying. I’ll keep the good hats for weekend yard work and to shield my head on short commutes, but I won’t recommend this company to friends — not after feeling brushed off. I also packed one for a short trip and it lost its shape in the suitcase, which was annoying. I’m just a bit annoyed, honestly — small thing but it adds up.

Second time, but not the charm

Returns & Refunds

I already owned two of their long-sleeve mock turtlenecks and liked them, so I ordered a third in a new colour. When it arrived the packaging was pretty beat up and the top itself felt thinner and floppier than the others. The collar didn’t sit right, it folded in on itself and never looked crisp, even after a wash. I wondered if I was imagining things — I wasn’t. Trying to return it was the annoying part. Their policy says you need the original packaging and tags to get a refund. Problem was the box got squashed in transit and a few tags tore off, and the rep I first spoke to was very by-the-book. After some back-and-forth they offered a partial refund instead of an exchange, which I grudgingly accepted. I’ve had much smoother returns with other retailers who sent a label and picked things up, so that comparison stung. In the end I’m mildly satisfied it got sorted, but I’m skeptical about ordering again until they tighten up delivery and are more flexible with returns.
