Servicenot the hat itself so much as being ignored. I get that returns happen, but leaving a customer in limbo is annoying. I’ll keep the good hats for weekend yard work and to shield my head on short commutes, but I won’t recommend this company to friends — not after feeling brushed off. I also packed one for a short trip and it lost its shape in the suitcase, which was annoying. I’m just a bit annoyed, honestly — small thing but it adds up.
