Long wait, finally got it
DeliveryBeen waiting ages for this order. No tracking, no replies to my emails for two weeks. Finally it showed up after 18 business days, so that's something. I wear the pieces for quick shifts at work and for running weekend errands, so timing matters. Customer service was slow and left me checking every morning, but happy it arrived. A small apology and clearer updates would’ve helped.
