Been waiting ages for this order. No tracking, no replies to my emails for two weeks. Finally it showed up after 18 business days, so that's something. I wear the pieces for quick shifts at work and for running weekend errands, so timing matters. Customer service was slow and left me checking every morning, but happy it arrived. A small apology and clearer updates would’ve helped.
