App & PortalThe website was super slow when I was trying to shop. I had to click a ton of times just to find what I was looking for because the different sections were hard to navigate. Plus, the product descriptions were not very helpful, so I ended up feeling confused about what to choose. It basically took me three times longer than it should have to figure out what I needed before I could buy anything.

App & PortalI'm giving it three stars because I'm looking forward to getting the five dollar boxes but I'm not sure what's inside them. There were different options to choose from that didn't really make sense. The pictures all looked the same, so I hope I get everything that's supposed to be in the boxes and don't end up with just a few items. It's also difficult to contact Customer Service, so I'll just have to wait and see. If the five dollar discount boxes come with all the items, I'll give a higher rating.

App & PortalI ordered 4 Glossy Boxes for my family in just 15 minutes and we all love the surprise of opening them together. The website could use some work though, as I couldn't find the 2023 Advent Box option.
