DeliveryI ordered some really dull shoes online and they ended up getting sent to a store that had closed down. What a hassle! I had to go all the way there wasting my time and gas, just to pick them up. Then, when I got in touch with customer service, the lady was so rude! She just ended up refunding me without even saying a single nice thing. Not cool at all!

DeliveryRecently, I ordered 2 pairs of winter boots for my boys from their website. It cost me $160 in total. The problem is I never got an email or a call confirming my order. It's been over 2 weeks now, and even though they charged my credit card, the boots still haven't shown up. The lack of communication and bad customer service has really disappointed me.
