So, I ordered these garden stones, right? The quality was actually real bad. I asked for some names to be carved on there, but you could barely even see them. And there was no ink at all. On top of that, the box they came in was wrecked, which just made it all worse. I tried to fix them up with a marker, but it didn't really work out. When I complained to the company and sent them some pics, they just brushed me off and said they couldn't help. So yeah, I'm gonna find another place next time I want to personalize a gift.

Oh my gosh, the gift I received was seriously terrible. I sent an email to complain and they had the nerve to say it was what I ordered. Like, don't even think about buying anything from them!!!

I bought a wind chime for my friend's birthday, but I was kind of let down by how small and cheap it seemed. So I phoned to say how I felt, and they pretty much just said it was my fault for not checking the details better. They didn't try to do anything to make it right, which left me feeling annoyed and unimpressed with how they handled things.

I bought a cutting board and it was so tiny! The words on it were really hard to read and it wasn't like the ones I got last year. I called and they told me the bigger one costs more. But I never had to pick between sizes before! It's just all so confusing. They charged me the same price for this little board. Not cool. I won't be shopping from them again.

I recently bought a personalized Christmas ornament from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down. I wanted an ornament with my granddaughter's name and the word "forever" on it, along with a picture. But when I got the ornament, only part of her name and part of "forever" were there, and everything was stretched out so much that you couldn't even read it. I tried reaching out to customer service three times to explain the problem, but all they did was apologize and said the ornament had already been sent out. Even though I paid more than $23 for it, the quality was just not up to par. It seems like this company doesn't really care about making customers happy, they're just focused on making money without giving a good product in return.
