I first stumbled on this site after a friend sent me a link, and I've used it off and on for a while. Usually it's fine. The fees are a bit hidden but not shocking — you kind of expect that with quick crypto redemptions that skip KYC. Lately though things went sideways. I redeemed a small €6 voucher and got an error saying to contact support. They replied, copy-paste style, and then radio silence while my ticket sat with "related department" for way longer than it should. A couple days later I tried again with €30 and hit the same wall. To their credit, they eventually fixed the first one after a day or two, so they do solve stuff. But the lack of explanation bugs me — a vague error message and no real follow-up is annoying. If they improved communication and gave clearer timelines this would feel a lot more trustworthy. I’m mildly frustrated but not done yet; hoping support tightens up because the service itself has potential.
