Unexpected account closure after a voucher
Unexpected account closure after a voucher
Communicationpurchases went through and the app is simple. Then a voucher they sent didn’t redeem and support said they’d fix it and gave a number. Next day my account was closed with a short note about violating terms, no real details. It sort of works, but the opaque handling and communication make me nervous. I’ll use something else.

PriceHalfway through the checkout I remember thinking "this is odd" — I needed to get my brother a quick gift and I didn't want to do full KYC because of a bad ID mix-up last year, so I picked this site. At first it looked fine, I clicked redeem and filled in the address, then the payout on the receipt was lower than the screen had shown. I emailed support, pretty skeptical, expecting a runaround. They replied with a clear breakdown, pointed to the fee and where it was in the terms (not obvious up front), and offered a small adjustment. Still a bit annoyed about the surprise fee, but the moment I saw the credit hit and the transfer go through on time — that's when I was actually satisfied. Not perfect, but usable if you accept the trade-offs.
Good enough, just watch the fees

PriceKinda weird feeling — I paid 30.96 CAD for a 30 CAD gift card and it actually went through, so I'm happy about that. At redeem I ended up with about 25.22 after a ~10% platform cut and withdrawal fees, so overall closer to an 18% hit from what I paid. The annoying bit was that USDC withdrawals were basically limited to ETH and one other network, and USDT wasn’t an option when I tried. They do ask for email, address and ID during redeem but that part was easy enough. If you care about getting more value, check Wanda.exchange (I saw final fees around 9% for larger cards) or try Binance / Noones gift cards. All in all I’m glad it worked, just wish the fees were clearer up front.
Auto-confirmation mix-up

DeliverySaw the auto-confirmation and thought it was done, until I checked the blockchain. The system sent a message saying the crypto moved — but there was no transaction on-chain. The reported 5-second transfer time didn't match what I could see. I used the contact form and never got a confirmation that it was received. Support was slow to reply — slow, actually — and their first response was just that they'd forward it to IT, who weren't available. After a few back-and-forths they sorted it and even sent a small gift for the inconvenience. Not flawless, but compared to some other firms I've dealt with, acceptable. Delivery was the main hiccup; customer service fixed it.

CommunicationI first stumbled on this site after a friend sent me a link, and I've used it off and on for a while. Usually it's fine. The fees are a bit hidden but not shocking — you kind of expect that with quick crypto redemptions that skip KYC. Lately though things went sideways. I redeemed a small €6 voucher and got an error saying to contact support. They replied, copy-paste style, and then radio silence while my ticket sat with "related department" for way longer than it should. A couple days later I tried again with €30 and hit the same wall. To their credit, they eventually fixed the first one after a day or two, so they do solve stuff. But the lack of explanation bugs me — a vague error message and no real follow-up is annoying. If they improved communication and gave clearer timelines this would feel a lot more trustworthy. I’m mildly frustrated but not done yet; hoping support tightens up because the service itself has potential.
