Returns & RefundsOh man, let me tell you about the terrible experience I had recently! I bought a ring for my mom's birthday from this shop, and it turned out to be a total rip-off. They told me that returns and refunds were simple, but it felt like I was pulling teeth just to get my money back. My mom didn't even like the ring, so I tried to return it and get a refund. However, all they did was keep sending me the same annoying emails, saying they wanted me to be happy and offering me another ring for free. Like seriously, I didn't want another ring, I just wanted my money back! And to top it off, they wouldn't even let me return the first ring! So aggravating. I'm definitely going to warn everyone to steer clear of that place!
