OverallIn March, I ordered a ring from this company hoping for a beautiful white gold band, but when it arrived, it was yellow gold. I contacted the company and they said yellow gold was their new standard, offering to replace it with the right ring, covering the cost difference, and letting me keep the wrong one. Seemed sketchy. The ring I wanted was delayed, so after waiting a month, I asked for a refund. They claimed it was ready and being expedited, but the shipping label showed otherwise - it came from China, not an expedited service. Also, some ring descriptions on their website were copied from another reputable jewelry brand. Finally reported this dodgy business to my credit card company with all the evidence of their deceptive practices.
