The part arrived quickly, though fitting it was fiddly — tiny screws and awkward ribbon cables — so I used a teardown guide. After reassembly it’s working fine. I told a buddy about their support; not perfect, but reliable.

I got this Anbernic RG35XX as a present from an online store, eh. I gotta say, it was really awesome and I had a blast using it for a few months, you know. But, I ran into a problem recently with a wonky battery in something I bought. I got in touch with them, and they came back to me quick, sending out a new battery right away. I was really impressed by how fast they fixed the problem and how willing they were to help me out.

I just bought something online, but then I changed my mind and decided to cancel it. The whole process was pretty simple and easy. The only small problem I had was figuring out where to click for "return or cancel" on the website at first. It would be good if they could make it easier to find that button in the future. In the end, I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently the customer service team helped me cancel my order.
