TrackingI ordered some jeans from this online shop and they promised that it would arrive in 3 to 5 days, but it never showed up! There was no tracking number provided, and when I tried to get in touch with them, it was super difficult. They only sent automated responses that didn't solve anything. And when I sent them an email, they told me they had no clue about the status of my jeans or when I could expect them. I wanted to cancel my order, but they said that wasn't possible either. Ugh, it's so frustrating!
