CommunicationI just bought a blouse from Garmentory, and man, it was a huge letdown. The shipment tracking wasn't updated for two whole weeks, so I ended up cancelling my order before it even got sent out. The customer service rep I talked to wasn't much help at all and actually tried to talk me out of cancelling. The lack of support and communication from Garmentory really bugged me, I was left feeling super frustrated and dissatisfied.
