Garmentory - Reviews and experiences

I bought some shoes from Garmentory, and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with how things went down. First off, I had no idea that UPS was gonna be the ones dropping off my package in the UK, and that ended up costing me an extra £50! That lack of transparency really rubbed me the wrong way. Also, I felt kinda betrayed by Naquisa for letting Garmentory deal with their stuff. I've been a faithful customer of Naquisa for ages, and I've never had issues like this in the past. If I were Naquisa, I'd definitely think twice about keeping Garmentory as a partner.

I had a really annoying time dealing with this company as a Canadian customer. It feels like they don't understand how provincial sales tax works or they're trying to trick us. Whenever I tried to talk to them about it, they just sent me to UPS, who then sent me back to them. It's just a never-ending mess of pointing fingers and not knowing what's going on. So be careful, Canadians, you might end up paying double taxes on your purchases here. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone in my situation.
