Frasier Sterling - Reviews and experiences

I bought a necklace not too long ago but I had a bad time with this company. The customer service was awful and the delivery took way too long. Even after waiting for 5 weeks, I still didn't get the necklace and when I asked for help, the response was not helpful and kinda sarcastic. The necklace itself was not good quality, people are saying it's cheap, breaks easily, and gets tarnished. As a customer, I feel like I was misled and now I'm looking into what I can do about it.

I got this adorable necklace and earrings from this store, but honestly, I was not happy with it. It took so long for my stuff to arrive that I ended up canceling my order. I tried contacting them through Instagram and TikTok, but they just removed my comments. Not cool, eh? And on top of that, they kept having sales despite being unable to keep up with current orders. I was really disappointed with their service, definitely won't be buying from them again.
