Frasier Sterling - Reviews and experiences

I wasn't too impressed with my experience at the jewelry store. The delivery took longer than I expected, but not as long as some extreme reviews had said. When I contacted customer service for help, I found their communication skills were lacking. I ended up reaching out to them through Instagram, which turned out to be the best way to get a response. The quality of the jewelry was disappointing, but I guess you get what you pay for. I ordered several pieces, and one custom item took a long time to arrive, resulting in a partial refund and the remaining items came separately. This made me question if the company was legit, it felt like a scam. While I don't plan on buying from them again, I will say my experience wasn't as horrible as some reviews made it seem.

I ordered a personalized necklace more than a month ago. They said it could take up to 4 weeks because it's custom made. But after waiting 5 weeks, I decided to ask about it. Turns out there were some supply chain problems causing delays. The communication wasn't the greatest - messages were a week apart and sometimes said different things. They tried to make it up by offering me a $25 gift card.
