I'm really disappointed with how the return process works at this company. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried calling them, but I haven't heard anything back from customer service. It's worrying to see that other people have had the same issues, like what I read in online reviews. The lack of communication and help is shady, especially since I've spent a lot of money with them. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

Why would anyone even bother shopping here, eh? I thought I was getting a good pair of pants, but what I got was a huge letdown. The quality was so bad, and on top of that, their return policy is a total joke. I tried to send back the pants like they said I could, but the return process online is a total mess. I tried contacting them by email and phone, but no one even bothered to get back to me. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, eh.

I got these really awesome pants and a shirt from this store, eh. But when I went to return them, they only gave me some of my money back! They took $71 from me, not cool, right? And their customer service is brutal, no one responds to your emails or calls. Totally sketchy company, avoid buying anything from them, eh!
