App & PortalI just bought a pair of sneakers from this store and man, it was a letdown. The website was a mess - couldn't even access my account properly! And then the customer service? Let's just say they weren't exactly helpful. The only thing that went right was the payment process.

App & PortalAs someone who's been shopping at this shoe store for a while now, I have to say that the online ordering process is super easy and smooth. The website is really user-friendly, making it a breeze to find the shoes I want without any trouble. Signing up for raffles is simple, but I've noticed that the way winners are picked could use some work. It seems like the same people keep getting chosen, which isn't fair to everyone else trying to win. It's been disappointing for me and my friends to see this happen. Shoe releases are always exciting, so it's tough to keep missing out on the chance to get a pair. Clearly, there are some issues with the raffle system that need to be fixed for a more fair and unbiased selection process.
