Returns & RefundsI recently ordered a couple of watches from First Class Watches, but, to be honest, neither of them really hit the mark for me. However, I have to give credit where it's due - the service I got was top-notch. The folks on the customer service team were super friendly and really helpful when it came to returning the watches. They made the whole process a breeze. They were professional, on the ball, and always quick to respond to my questions. All in all, even though the watches weren't quite right, my overall experience with First Class Watches was pretty darn good and I'd definitely think about shopping with them again down the road.
