Farrow & Ball - Reviews and experiences

I bought some paint from this company not too long ago and I ran into a pretty rough situation. The paint I got had this awful stink, like rotten eggs. Turns out, there was bacteria in the cans because they weren't sealed properly, making the paint all contaminated. When I put it on my walls, the whole house stunk something fierce. It was seriously disappointing, so I want to give folks a heads up and say don't go through the same hassle.

As someone with lots of experience fixing things, I've used all kinds of paints. Gotta tell ya, the interior paint I got from you guys is amazing. The coverage is great, and the finish is super smooth and perfect. And the colors to pick from are real nice too, lots of beautiful shades. All in all, I'm really happy with how good your product is.

Watch out for those fake reviews, eh? The paint is just awful, eh. Even though we were persuaded to give it a try and spent a lot of money on it, our painters and decorators advised us against it, eh. We didn't listen and we've been kicking ourselves ever since, eh. Turns out many others have had the same problems, and even the pros won't touch it, eh. Not even a fancy museum, which gets it for free, will use it, eh. The paint gets stained easily, marked up easily, and peels off quickly, eh. Do yourself a favour and save your money by steering clear of this product, eh.

The Stone Blue paint seemed nice at first, but it didn't hold up well when trying to clean marks off without ending up with water stains. I reached out to customer service for help, but they didn't offer any advice. In the end, I had to go back to using Dulux or Crown paints because of this problem. Adele from Farrow & Ball eventually came through by sending me a replacement paint to fix the issue, but now I have to do another round of painting.

My mom went and got these paints from the store, and let me tell you, they are amazing! We used them to paint our kitchen and it turned out so awesome! The colors are spot on with the swatches and they all complement each other perfectly. Plus, the paint is super simple to apply and clean up. It was a bit expensive, but honestly, the quality is top-notch so it's worth every penny. I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends!
