Returns & RefundsI clicked through after a friend posted a haul and, to be fair, two packages did arrive and the stuff was okay — fits fine, looks like the photos. But the third parcel never showed up; it apparently had two jackets and underwear. Customer support kept saying it was delivered, which didn't match my doorcam. They wouldn't issue a refund, so I'm stuck. I told the friend who recommended it; she's annoyed too.
