Returns & RefundsI recently bought a costume online, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like the photo on the website. The customer service team told me that the original product was out of stock, but they still sent me a cheaper version without giving me the option for a refund. I'm frustrated with the lack of honesty and communication during this whole ordeal.
