ProductI was halfway through the second bottle when I finally relaxed and thought, alright, this actually works. I started using it about six weeks ago after grabbing a tube at a downtown retailer; first sniff made me wonder — a faint plasticky note — and I almost put it back. The texture is nice though, absorbs well, and for someone with stiff hands it's a relief it doesn't need constant reapplication. I still wish they'd offer a pump — squeezing isn’t great with arthritis — and their online checkout is frustrating without PayPal; I won't enter my card unless there's safer options. Also, stores run out sometimes, which is annoying. Not perfect, but effective, worth keeping on the shelf at home. Customer service was reachable and polite.
