I just bought a pair of Adidas shoes from this store, but they were too small when I got them. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sorted out my return and gave me a refund. Even though the sizing was not their fault, I was happy with how they handled it. I will definitely shop here again in the future.

I really appreciated the service I got from End Clothing Row online. I got my big coat delivered within a week of placing my order. The quality was really good, but it turned out to be too big for me. Even though I had to send it back, I'll be back for sure to buy more stuff in the future.

I was so pumped when my order got here super fast and the prices were great. But then, my mood went downhill real quick when I saw that the shirt I got didn't fit right. Dealing with the whole exchange thing was a total pain - fork out cash for fancy tracked and insured shipping for a return from out of the country is just nuts. I'm crossing my fingers that they sort out my return quick, 'cause this whole mess has left a bad taste in my mouth.
