So, I bought this Bapex watch from End Clothing and man, let me tell ya, it was a wild ride. The watch went missing during shipping, so there was a whole investigation that took forever. But ya know what? End Clothing came through in the end and gave me the choice of a refund or a new watch. I went with the replacement, and I gotta say, it was worth all the hassle. Big shout out to Aleksa, the customer service rep who really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out and that I was happy with how things turned out. I really appreciate her help and getting this whole thing sorted.

My first time ordering from this store turned out to be really good. I wasn't too sure about it at the beginning, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived. As a customer ordering from outside the country, it's really frustrating to have to deal with extra customs fees on my purchases. I think these fees should just be included in the price when I check out, instead of having to pay them separately when my package arrives. It's even more annoying when the things I buy are below the taxable amount, but I still have to pay customs fees. It just seems like an unnecessary bother and a surprise cost that the company should take care of.

Hey everyone! So I want to share my experience with this website called End Clothing. I decided to order a pair of Hoka running shoes and they were sent out real quick from 1 Parsons Road. The package arrived earlier than I thought it would, thanks to the international delivery by Fedex, and everything was in perfect shape. Seriously, no dents or scratches at all! The shoe box was looking good and the shoes were just like they were described online. End Clothing really did a great job, and I'll for sure be returning for more shoe shopping in the future.
