First off, I had to get in touch with customer service because I never got an email with my shipment number. Not the best way to start things off, eh? But the folks there were helpful in giving me the info I needed. The stuff in the shipment was exactly what I wanted, so at least you got that part right. All in all, it was a bit frustrating and could have been smoother with clearer communication.
