I grabbed some new threads from this shop and gotta admit, WOW, the service was top-notch. They didn't just give me a refund when one of my items was sold out, they let me pick a replacement AND gave me back the difference in price. Their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer really impressed me. It was an awesome experience and I totally recommend them to anyone else.

So, I recently bought something from Emmiol and it was a really good product, eh. The packaging was done well and the quality was top-notch. But, gotta say, the delivery took longer than I thought which was a bit of a downer. Even though the product was awesome, the delayed delivery kinda soured the whole experience for me, you know?

They finally gave me my money back, but it seriously took forever, eh!

I recently picked up three tops and a pair of jeans from your store, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality of the stuff. The tops were super cute, and although the jeans didn't quite fit at first (my bad on the sizing), your support team quickly swapped them out for a pair that fit perfectly. The customer service I got was top-notch, they were on the ball and made the exchange process a breeze. I also liked that they let me keep the old pair to pass along to someone else. All in all, I had a fantastic shopping experience at your store and would definitely recommend it to others.

I just ordered a dress and a jacket and I was so happy with how fast they arrived and how nice they look. They fit just like they did in the pictures online. Can't wait to get my next dress!
