I just bought something off this website and it turned out better than I expected. The design is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for some nice furniture.

I bought a blue velvet sectional from this store a few months ago, and honestly, I'm not super happy with it. The sectional looks nice and really brings my living room together, but I was bummed to find out that it's not real velvet – it's actually just a kind of fake velvet called microfiber. This makes the couch way less comfy than I was hoping for, with a cushion that's way too firm. I waited a while, but it didn't get any better.

It might look okay in a fancy front room, but for the price I paid, I was expecting better quality and comfort. Also, the shipping was a real pain. It was supposed to be 2 weeks, but it got pushed back so many times and ended up taking 6 weeks to arrive. That was pretty annoying, especially because of the original timeline I was told.

On the bright side, the customer service folks were really good and helpful throughout everything, so that was nice. Overall, the sectional is nice from far away and adds a cool touch to the room, but when you get close, it's just not that great. If you're looking for a cool piece, I'd suggest checking out other options with better quality for the price.

I recently bought the Dakota Dining Table Set (white) from this company, and I gotta tell ya, it was a total nightmare. I was initially interested in the product because it was marked as a "best seller" on their website with 5-star ratings. But when I got the set, I quickly realized that the good reviews weren't even for the table or the chairs, which was super deceiving. The Gramercy chairs that came with the set were badly made, and there were no clear instructions for putting them together. Even the customer service rep I talked to couldn't figure it out. The material used for the chairs felt cheap, and overall, the set didn't meet the hype created by the company's ads.

The vegan leather couch I got from this store looks really nice in my living room, but I gotta say, it's not the most comfortable. The cushions keep sliding around and making noise whenever I shift even a little bit. I've tried everything to keep them in place, but nothing seems to work. The cushions are too stiff, which makes it hard to kick back and chill. It's a shame because it looked so good when I first got it, but now after using it for 8 months, the lack of comfort is starting to bug me.
