My last shopping trip wasn't the greatest, eh? The service I got was seriously lacking in professionalism. The management team seemed all over the place and not interested in helping out us customers. They were more into chatting amongst themselves instead of making sure we had a good shopping experience. It was pretty clear they weren't paying attention to the little details or taking care of us properly. Businesses really need to put customer satisfaction first and make sure their customers feel welcomed, eh?

Oh my goodness, I ordered something online and it arrived really fast! They said it would take 3-5 days, but it only took 3 days, so quick! And when I went to pick up my package, there was this really friendly stylist named Goretti. She was amazing, helped me choose the perfect outfit for New Year's Eve, and didn't even giggle when I accidentally tried on the top backwards, lol. It was such a fun shopping experience, thanks a lot Goretti!

I just bought a pair of wicked high-waisted black jeans at this store, and I'm really stoked about how it all went down. The person who helped me out was super on the ball and chill, totally unlike other places I've shopped at where I got the cold shoulder. She really went out of her way to make sure I got the right size and style of jeans. I was impressed by how pro she was and how willing she was to help me out.

I had such a terrible experience at the store. I bought a dress, but when I tried to exchange it, the person there was no help at all and didn't give me back the extra money I paid. They told me to talk to customer service because I only had an e-receipt, which was really annoying. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I just had enough and gave up. The customer service overall was so bad, it was really disappointing. I suggest you think twice before buying anything from that store.

I went shopping with my mom at this store in the mall, and the lady working there was not helpful at all! She ignored us and didn't seem interested in helping us find what we needed. I asked her about a different size of the black skirt I wanted, and she was really rude about it. But then this other girl named Alex stepped in! Alex was so nice and helpful, she found the right size for me and even gave me some great ideas on what to wear with it. I felt really good after talking to her, and now I want to go back just to see her again!
