The parcel reached the country and was returned because of an address problem. For about five weeks I got the same canned replies and no refund, even though the courier said it was being returned. After filing with my credit card company I eventually saw the refund. Glad it worked out, but the whole process was unnecessarily slow and pretty annoying.

Support was vague — different answers, no timelines, just "wait, high volume" over and over. I finally opened a bank dispute and only then did things move; got my money back eventually. Annoying road to a decent outcome, so I'm wary but it worked out in the end.

I wouldn’t rely on a quick refund. I bought a mattress because of chronic lower‑back pain and ended up returning it after it made things worse. The courier confirms they got my box over two weeks ago, but the refund for just over £500 still hasn’t hit my account. I’ve emailed and phoned a couple times and mostly get the same vague “there are delays” line, no real dates. Oddly, one rep did send a photo of the return scan, which was helpful — small relief — but it hasn’t moved the refund. I’m now setting up a chargeback through my bank.
