Just as I was getting ready to use my new soap, I found out one of the bars I bought wasn't available. But wait, the customer service rep swapped it for another bar right away and even gave me a discount code. That's what I call great service, eh!

I just bought a bunch of soap on Black Friday, eh. But, turns out there was a problem with the order, which was a real bummer 'cause I was planning on giving them as gifts, you know? So, I decided to shoot an email to customer service, and I gotta say, I was pretty surprised at how fast and efficient they got back to me. This dude, Tom, helped me out and made sure to fix the problem right away. I was really impressed by their customer service and how they turned my frustrating situation into a good one. Good job, eh!

So, when I made my second order for deodorant sticks, I ran into some trouble. The tops kept breaking off, so I couldn't even use them. Then, for a big order worth over $100, they said it would take 10 'business days' to process. But after waiting longer than expected, I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on. First, they said it was a mistake in fulfilling the order because of the coconut hair kit. Then, when I called back within 24 hours, they said the fire side cologne was actually out of stock. It's frustrating to see both items listed as in stock when I placed my order, and they're still available online now. I wanted to keep supporting this company with repeat subscriptions, but it feels shady to take money for items they don't have and only tell you after you chase them down. I think it's time to start shopping somewhere else for my products.

Okay, so I ordered some soap and when it arrived, not everything was in there, eh? I sent them an email about it and they fixed the issue right away. The service was great and I'm definitely going to order more because the soap smells amazing and the scent lingers for so long.
