DeliveryFor real, eh? Don't bother buying that stuff unless you wanna wait forever for it to show up. It feels like they take ages just to get your order ready to ship out. And forget about chatting with them online, it's just a dumb robot responding to you! They couldn't care less, it's frustrating!

DeliveryThe shipping was a total disaster, eh? Took over a month to get here. Can you believe it? And guess what? Not even a sorry for the wait. And then, when it finally arrived, I open it up and what do I see? Palm oil! Goes against everything I stand for as a shopper, you know? So deceiving and misleading. And as if that wasn't bad enough, turns out they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge. I just wanted to buy once, not keep getting stuff. That lack of honesty and care for customers, like come on, can't be happening. Unacceptable, eh?

DeliveryThe soap I got was actually really nice and smelled amazing, but man, the processing and shipping took forever. The customer service I got was mediocre at best - the rep I talked to didn't really seem to care about my issues. I get that it was a busy time with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but the lack of shipping updates and unhelpful responses just made things more annoying.
