ServiceI hesitated to buy at first because the ad promised a free gift. I thought it might be bait. In the end my daughter loves the product — she uses it every morning, which surprised me. The free scrunchie never showed. They said they ran out and sent a discount code, which felt a bit cheap. Still, glad the item itself works.
