Items arrived as pictured, work well and feel solid — Louela handled it smoothly, though packaging could've been a bit tighter.

It actually made me sleep deeper, and my skin’s softer, and I noticed a change within a few nights. A coworker tipped me after I spotted her mask on the nightstand. It blocks out light, feels silky and mostly stays put — not perfect, straps are a bit loose some nights, but overall worth it.

the velcro keeps catching my hair since the flaps don't fully overlap; snaps or magnets would fix it.
